This creation was truly one of a kind! Fabric consisted of antique silk velvet with an intricate design! Very glamorous!
Design was cut from a fabulous antique vintage dress, estimated circa the 1920's or 1930's. Hundreds of round and oval shape rhinestones work the elaborate pattern. Each were hand sewn on, and reinforced by me. Oblong glass beads lined in silver have aged to a nice patina. They fill the open spaces and brass threading which outlines each detail giving it form and shape! Please click on any image to view in larger detail! It just gleams and sparkles in the light! The focal point of this fabulous design is the detachable train, and it can be worn versatility fashioned as a bow in the back, or her arms may slip through the loops to wear as a cape! The feel of the silk velvet was so soft and luxurious! A
band of rhinestones accentuates her bosom.
Tyler’s form fitting long straight sheath with back slit is fully lined in white
satin.
This gown had appeared on the Spring 2004 cover of Lisa's Doll Closet High Maintenance Magazine!
